Patience Grasshopper...Patience

I'm going to go nuts. I'm seeing so many AWESOME things I NEED for my new house and I really need to wait till we actually get moved in first, but ahhhhhh!!!! I can't hold it much longer!!! I want to go thrift shopping and find retro everything, I've made a list of flea markets I need to stop at and then I will go straight to the funky antique shops! If it was up to me my entire house would probably look like it was from the 60's-70's . I want some funky furniture! I don't want boring blah furniture. EEEEKKK! I have no patience! Although I have a billion and one things to do, I can't help but want to hurry up and get my furniture!! I'm freakin out and getting so excited!!!!!

yeah, this is just a few of the just plain AWESOME things I found. I'm just going to have to find a cheepy desk and paint it yellow. I LOVE THAT!!! and that COUCH! OMG!!!!!!! Seriously beautiful!!! ..... uuuhhhhggg.

Who is this Strawberry Lou??

Laura Lou is my name with a flair all my own. I've been told I was born in the wrong era, I'm thinking I would have loved the 70's, with their big bell bottom pants and their flowers in their hair. I should have been a hippie chick. I was.. blessed with redhair that I tend to color over regularly because of boredom & a plethora of freckles that I've finally come to be okay with even though I still would love to be tan or just an even tone of pale whiteness. I'm unfortunatley awkward most of the time.
I don't care for huge crowds, somedays I'd be just fine being a hermit. I have anxiety attacks and take crazy pills for it. On that note, I'm a fun crazy weird bubbly preschool teacher that loves to seize teachable moments and celebrate kiddo's curiosities.

A bit camera snappy happy. I love pictures, I always have ever since I was little. I loved making colleges with my pictures, cutting people out and sticking them in my journals and my mom yelling at me because I ruined so many of them that way. I now have my own awwwwesome camera that I now carry around with me almost everywhere I go... well, almost. If I don't I always have my iphone with a gazillion photo apps stored all over it.

I LURVE tattoos... I have 2 and would love to have a few more! I want words, music notes, birds, a camera, and who knows what else. I'm a huge Trend Hater. I love it when people are unique. Different. Weird. Quirky. I have a tendency to change my mind all the time. I can speak enough German and Spanish to possibly survive one day in each country... and would actually love to be fluent in both. Let me here the ooooo's and ahhhhh's!! :)

Would love to have been an actress and fashion designer in another life... and yes at one time they were both a major I had in college. Journal hoarder, I love to write. Elementary Teacher soon to beee---errr, preferably third-fourthish grade. I like to be a word maker-uper. There really is a zipper in my ear... don't freak out it's just an earring and no I can't zip my ear shut. Hates expensive brand names, I see no point. Vintage Camera Lover and Collector. Disorganized choatic mess of a girl, Clumsy, Sonic's Cherry Vanilla Diet Coke-aholic. Saving the best for last...

I have a super goofy, playstation addicted, word search geek-a-roo, possibly a chef in his former life, hunky, funky, makes me LMAO, amazing hubaroo that goes above and beyond for me...

And ... we have a full of personality, plenty of attitude, picky little eater, loves everything blue, soon to be professional break dancer, giggly little red headed, brown eyed boy named Jett Asher that is my whole world and I love every moment spent with this crazy little man.
